1. Online Ordering & Purchasing

Product and Service Contracts

Unless otherwise stated on this website, Dwidayatour, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", acts as an agent for third-party providers and as a distributor of all products and services purchased by you through this website. You may order or purchase products and services online through this website.

Contracts for the sale and purchase of products and services may be entered into online through this website with your consent in relation to the products and services offered on this website (the "Contract"), by third-party providers and/or distributors and/or, where specified, by the Operator. You hereby agree to waive any right to challenge the validity or enforceability of any Contract displayed on this website on the grounds that it was created in electronic form rather than on paper and/or was not physically signed or sealed.

Please note that by indicating your acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on this website, you are obligated to complete such transaction. You are prohibited from indicating your acceptance to purchase any products or services if you do not intend to complete the transaction.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. By submitting a request to purchase any products or services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to purchase, use, and/or possess such products or services.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you acknowledge that the Contract is expressly conditional upon the Operator's and its authorized agents' satisfaction with the accuracy, completeness, and adequacy of the information provided by you, as determined and exercised by the Operator, at its sole discretion and without liability to the Operator.

Third-Party Travel Service Providers

You may be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the travel service providers for whom the Operator acts as an agent, including, but not limited to, conditions of carriage, flight refund and cancellation policies, and other applicable terms.

The Operator shall not be liable for any claims arising from the non-performance of, or dissatisfaction with, any products or services purchased by the Operator on your behalf from third-party providers and distributors, including, without limitation, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, insurance providers, and other entities.

From time to time, airlines and travel service providers may overbook reservations, reschedule flights, or make other changes to travel arrangements. The Operator shall not be responsible or liable for any such occurrences.

Passport, Visa and Health Information

Many countries require foreign nationals to possess a passport that remains valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of travel.

This information, together with any related information provided by the Operator or its affiliates, and any links contained on this website, is provided in good faith and should be treated as guidance only.

Passport, visa requirements (including any and all transit visas), and health requirements are the sole responsibility of each traveler. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that all travel documentation is accurate, valid, and complete.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or compensation arising therefrom. In such an event, the Operator will refund all monies paid by you in connection with the relevant purchase.

Overlapping Bookings

You agree that multiple overlapping bookings for the same travel itinerary are not permitted and may result in damages and losses to the Operator, for which you shall be fully responsible and liable.

Terms and Conditions of Products and Services

Certain products and services are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you obtain and carefully review the terms and conditions applicable to such products and services, as they may contain exclusions or limitations of liability, as well as other provisions, including restrictions on amendments or cancellations.

Certain terms and conditions relating to specific products and services may be displayed on your screen and/or set out elsewhere on this website. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions applicable to a specific product or service and these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions applicable to the specific product or service shall prevail.

Product Availability

The information contained on this website may include references or cross-references to products and/or services that may not be available in your country. Such references do not imply that the Operator intends to make such products and/or services available in your country.

2. Price

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). You are required to pay the full amount specified.

All prices for products and services displayed on this website are subject to change based on availability as determined by the relevant provider, and such prices shall not be deemed final until the applicable products and services have been paid for in full.

For certain bookings, you may be required to pay a booking fee. Certain airport taxes may not be prepaid and must be paid separately when required. In addition, some airlines and travel service providers may impose fuel surcharges that may not be reflected in the displayed prices and will be charged as additional fees.

For travel services such as airline tickets, fares, fare conditions, and booking classes are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may also apply.

3. Cancelled, Rejected, or Unused Bookings and Purchases

Please note that the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of reservations and purchases vary depending on the specific product or service. You may request the cancellation of a booking or purchase by contacting our office at 1500 383. Subject to the applicable specific terms and conditions, your cancellation request for certain products or services may be rejected or may require varying processing times, depending on the nature of the product or service concerned. Cancellation charges may apply, and you shall be solely responsible for any such charges. Please also note that confirmed airline tickets are non-cancellable.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be liable for any claims arising from any loss, damage, or compensation. In such an event, the Operator will refund all amounts paid by you in connection with the relevant purchase.

For bookings and purchases that have been paid in full, refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy. The processing of airline ticket refunds may take approximately two (2) to three (3) months. This refund timeframe is provided for guidance purposes only and shall not be binding upon the Operator.

You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation, and administrative fees associated with any product or service that has been booked but, for any reason, is not utilized. In certain circumstances, the Operator may impose cancellation fees and/or amendment fees in addition to those charged by the relevant travel service provider.

4. Changes to Bookings and Purchases

Please note that the terms and conditions governing changes to reservations and purchases vary depending on the specific product or service. You may not modify a booking or purchase online through this website. Any request to amend a booking or purchase must be made by contacting our office at (021) 5088 4688. If you wish to amend a reservation, your request must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the relevant travel or service and may be subject to administrative fees, which shall be borne entirely by you. Please note that confirmed airline tickets are non-amendable.

The processing of airline ticket refunds may take approximately two (2) to three (3) months. The refund timeline provided above is for guidance purposes only and shall not be binding upon the Operator.

Bookings and purchases made using a credit card shall be subject to a service charge, which will be automatically applied to transactions conducted either online or offline.

Refunds for transactions made using a credit card shall be processed in accordance with the same refund timeline set forth in Clause Three (3). Please note that any applicable service charges are non-refundable and shall not be returned under any circumstances.

5. DwidayaREWARDS Membership

DwidayaREWARDS is a customer loyalty program under which points are awarded to Dwidayatour customers for purchases made in connection with Dwidayatour products at Dwidayatour branches and Dwidayatour sales booths/kiosks. Such points may subsequently be redeemed as discounts on Dwidayatour products for future purchases made at participating Dwidayatour branches, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the DwidayaREWARDS program.

General Terms and Conditions

Participation in this program is limited to Dwidayatour customers who have successfully activated their DwidayaREWARDS membership. Points will be credited to a member's account only after full payment of the relevant transaction has been received and the member has completed any of the following qualifying activities:

• For airline tickets, tour packages, cruises, and land transportation products (including train tickets, airport transfers, and car rentals), points will be credited on the date of departure.
• For hotel bookings, points will be credited on the check-out date.
• For travel insurance products and document services (including passports and visas), points will be credited on the transaction date.

The terms and conditions of the DwidayaREWARDS program shall not modify or supersede any other terms and conditions governing transactions and activities conducted through Dwidayatour. Customers shall remain subject to and comply with all applicable terms and conditions relating to such activities as prescribed by Dwidayatour, including all applicable laws and regulations. Dwidayatour reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will notify customers of such amendments in the form and manner determined by Dwidayatour. All decisions, provisions, and amendments made by Dwidayatour shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to dispute or challenge.

Point Type

Customers may hold two (2) types of points under the DwidayaREWARDS program:

• Regular Points, which customers may earn from transactions made at Dwidayatour branches or Dwidayatour events.
• Gift Points, points that may be awarded to customers without any transaction being made. Customers may earn such points by participating in activities or fulfilling the requirements of promotional campaigns conducted by Dwidayatour.

Point Accumulation and Redemption

The total number of points accumulated by a customer may be viewed on the Dwidayatour website at dwidayatour.co.id after the customer has logged into their account. Points may only be redeemed through a Travel Consultant at a Dwidayatour branch or through the Dwidayatour Call Center by providing the telephone number registered to the customer's DwidayaREWARDS account and the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via WhatsApp to the registered customer as confirmation of the redemption request. Please note the following:

• Any points redemption that has been completed shall result in a corresponding deduction from the customer's accumulated points balance.
• Points that have been redeemed may not be cancelled or reversed, except where Dwidayatour is unable to fulfill the delivery of the redeemed voucher. In such circumstances, Dwidayatour shall reinstate the redeemed points to the customer's account.
• Dwidayatour reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify any rewards and/or benefits offered under the DwidayaREWARDS program, as well as the rules governing the redemption of points for such rewards and/or benefits.

Point Validity Period

• The validity period of Regular Points shall be two (2) years from the date on which points were last credited as a result of a qualifying transaction. Points shall expire based on the date they were earned, in accordance with the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
• The validity period of Gift Points shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable promotional campaign.
• If no additional points are credited to a customer's account within a period of two (2) years, all accumulated points shall expire. Any points subsequently credited after such expiration shall be accumulated from a zero (0) point balance.
• Any price reduction (discount) obtained through the redemption of points may only be applied at the time of redemption through a Travel Consultant at a Dwidayatour branch or through the Dwidayatour Call Center.

Default or Violation

• Dwidayatour reserves the right to refuse or cancel any points redemption request, or to temporarily suspend a DwidayaREWARDS member account, in the event of any default, breach, or suspected misconduct, including where a customer's points are reasonably suspected to have been obtained through invalid, improper, fraudulent, or otherwise irregular transactions.
• Dwidayatour reserves the right to adjust or correct the number of a customer's points where such points are reasonably suspected to have been obtained through invalid, improper, fraudulent, or otherwise irregular transactions.
• Any refusal, cancellation of points redemption, or suspension of a DwidayaREWARDS account shall be notified to the customer by Dwidayatour in the form and manner determined by Dwidayatour.

6. Fraud Warning Regarding Impersonation of Dwidayatour

Dwidayatour advises the public to exercise caution against all forms of fraudulent schemes conducted via SMS, email, or telephone that impersonate Dwidayatour.

In delivering promotional information via SMS, Dwidayatour consistently uses "DWIDAYATOUR" as the official sender name displayed, rather than a regular mobile phone number.

The official corporate website of Dwidayatour, which provides clear and transparent information to customers regarding products, services, and promotional offers, is www.dwidayatour.co.id.

All cash payments for any form of Dwidayatour products and services may only be made at official Dwidayatour branch offices.

For all transactions involving the purchase of products and services using bank transfer as a payment method, Dwidayatour only accepts payments to official bank accounts under the name of PT DWIDAYA WORLD WIDE, and not to any individual personal accounts.

Dwidayatour shall issue an official invoice (order receipt) to customers as valid proof of payment for all transactions conducted.

If any information or request instructs customers to make a payment of a specified amount outside the total transaction value prior to the completion of the purchase of products or services, such request shall be considered fraudulent. Dwidayatour shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent transactions that have occurred as a result thereof.
